What are your refund policies?
No refunds are available unless an event is cancelled or postponed. BROWN PAPER TICKETS offers refunds of the full face value of tickets for events that are cancelled or postponed. To receive a refund for a cancelled or postponed show, contact them directly by telephone at 800.838.3006 or by email at Support@BrownPaperTickets.com within 3 days of the first day of the event. They will then provide you with instructions for receiving your refund.
For tickets purchased directly from American Bach Soloists (subscriptions), contact our office directly at 415.621.7900. (Artists and repertoire are subject to change.)
How do I buy tickets on the website?
The ticket buying process on Brown Paper Tickets is quick and easy, and goes something like this:
- Find the event for which you wish to buy tickets.
- Choose the seating category and let the web site choose the best seats, or hand-pick them yourself.
- Order tickets for more events by selecting "Continue Shopping" or "Check Out"
- Fill in your name, shipping information (if applicable), and credit card information.
- Your tickets will be delivered to you via the US postal service, or held at "Will Call" according to your selection of the available options. Delivery or Will Call may not be available for some events. (More on delivery options below.)

- USPS First Class - This is the standard delivery method. It is available for all shows until 5 days prior to the first day of the event. This delivery method generally takes 2-5 business days.
- USPS Priority - This is the US Postal Services' 3-day delivery service. It is available for all shows until 3 days prior to the first day of the event. This delivery method generally takes 2-3 business days. There is an additional $5.00 service charge for delivery via USPS Priority Mail.
- USPS Express - This is the US Postal Services' overnight delivery service. It is available for all shows until 2 days prior to the first day of the event. This delivery method generally takes 1-2 business days. There is an additional $17.50 service charge for delivery via USPS Express Mail.
- Will Call - With this method, you will not receive a physical ticket through the mail. Instead, your ticket(s) will be at the venue box office at the time of performance. The box office is usually open no later than 60 minutes before curtain time. It would be helpful if you can arrive early to allow for parking and to avoid the last minute rush. You are asked to bring a photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase to the front desk/window of the venue.
