THOMAS HART (bass-baritone) has appeared as both soloist and professional ensemble member throughout the Bay Area with several organizations including San Francisco Opera Chorus, San Francisco Symphony Chorus, Clerestory, Baroque Choral Guild, Carmel Bach Festival, Chanticleer, Pacific Collegium, Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, San Francisco Bach Choir, San Francisco Lyric Chorus, the Sonoma Bach Choir and for over 10 years with American Bach Soloists. As a member of Chanticleer, he toured extensively in the 48 contiguous states as well as Alaska and Europe, taking part in over 1,100 concerts during his 10 years with that group. He can be heard on recordings on Koch, Harmonia Mundi-USA and a number of independent labels. He currently holds positions at Trinity Episcopal Church and Temple Emanu-El, both in San Francisco.
