MICHELLE BURR (contrabass) has been principal bassist of Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra for nine years. She also performs with other well-known Bay Area early music groups such as American Bach Soloists and Magnificat. Ms Burr has been a member of Oakland Symphony, Marin Symphony and the Berkeley Symphony, and occasionally performs for The Phantom of the Opera. Ms Burr can be heard on more than a dozen recordings on the Harmonia Mundi label.
